Pros

- new, state of the art office in Midtown Manhattan

Cons

- zero work-life balance, even in non-client facing FCC roles (management has actually instituted a "work-life INTEGRATION" program rather than a balance - politics and internal strife - senior management out of touch with day to day operations and employee morale

Pros

International purpose and expertise in the worlds growth engines. Excellent and seasoned banker brought in to reposition the group in 2015, and a lot of positive changes implemented. The results from Q4 2016 and into 2017 will start to show the hard work.

Cons

Too internally focused, but a lot of focus is being placed on improving the client experience.
