      Pros

      The coworkers are very nice.

      Cons

      They do layoffs quite often. Family owned so they give positions to people who should not be in higher positions. They only care about how much money they make and not about employee welfare. They have moved a bunch of in house positions to Mexico and China to save money.

      Pros

      The company makes awesome products. I learned quite a bit about the textile business. My co-workers were great.

      Cons

      Family owned company, so of course, favor and the good positions are given to family members. Not much room for advancement. If not hiring family members, they would rather hire outside people than hiring within. The wellness thing is a bit much.

      Pros

      There's a nice workout room and exercise classes. The café is pretty good and they have healthy food. They offer a nice amount of vacation days.

      Cons

      Many people have been there many years-- kind of old school. Lots of processes need to be improved but it appears they make it up as they go. Family owned.
