Pros

Great people to work with. They have a chef that test the equipment so you get some pretty good meals if he is there. Casual and laid back.

Cons

OMG I must start by saying that they tell you it will take at lease a year for you to feel comfortable with everything. I never felt like I was learning anything because everything was a contradiction to what was taught. I never felt confident in my abilities or this job.

Pros

Good amount of overtime if you need it, shop floor staff are mainly friendly, can be a rewarding job if there long enough

Cons

Very little positive communication between management and shop floor workers, never any credit given to workers for the effort put in to get jobs finished, salaires are not fairly distributed and not reviewed on any progression based system, machines are over 100 years old in many cases and investment into this is very poor

Pros

One of my favorite companies I've worked for. Opportunities for advancement for motivated employees, fast-paced, exciting environment, great place to work and grow in a team oriented culture.

Cons

Fast-paced environment creates demanding workload at times...but it's rewarding.
