Pros

Compensation is good. Many things going on with growth so employee has the opportunity to expand position if desired.

Cons

Growth periods can be chaotic and demanding, need more IT support from corporate especially related to the ERP system

Pros

good work life balance. Good people work with from Director level down.

Cons

Below average employee benefits, average to below industry average vacation allowance. No will power to change to make the company more attractive for potential employees or to retain existing employees. Executive management does not understand how to grow the company in the present competitive environment. Hiring of non industry related personnel has not brought the refreshing approach and change in direction management had hoped it would.

Pros

Got a chance to learn many different areas of customer service, production, data entry, and technical service.

Cons

Way too much work and stress. Everyone is overloaded with work and it's not just a short-term issue; it's been this way for years. The stress level is high, from upset customers to management pushing you to do more and get it done now. There's pressure to work overtime to get more work done. Pay is not good. No chance to move up. No promotions offered, and raises are little if any. Many new hires are temps. Company resists hiring full-time employees.
