Decent people in Hudson Wisconsin but former corporate (Standex) didn't really care about people, only the numbers

Cons

Led the entire organization along towards continuous improvement and growth when their true ultimate plan was to sell off the company and dispose of the people that made it solid.

Good benefits, life, health, dental and vision. HSA and 401 employee stock purchase program.

Cons

Horrible culture. Bad employees who think they are entitled because of their title or tenure. A very hostile work environment, HR and company executives are aware of the issues but refuse to take action. You are just another employee. No opportunities for growth.
