Internal Audit - Stay Away! Revolving door

Pros

Great culture outside the finance department. Most people in the department are good people, which counter the bad apples. Compensation is good, but not worth the trouble.

Cons

Audit department is revolving door due to poor “leadership”. Do yourself a favor and move along - not worth the trouble until existing management can be upended.

Good culture Teamwork and collaboration People who care Opportunities to get involved in larger scale projects Community involvement and corporation social responsibility program On exciting growth path and strategy Diverse markets and applications Low level of bureaucracy or "red tape", but still have corporate support On innovative path with product development, technology, and engineering

Benefits on upward trend of costs Opportunity to create more synergy and best practices amongst divisions

Thank you for your feedback. Benefits do continue to increase across North America in regards to healthcare and we are doing our best to burden most of the costs. We will continue to evaluate the best plans for our employees and select plans that provide them with the best care for them and their families.
