Pros
able to work on a lot of different projects both in scale and industry, you'll be challenged, employee owned/private (stock options), 401k match, flexible PTO, remote work and flexibility with Covid
Cons
they'll play up overtime as an option but it's almost never actually available; low base pay compared to location averages, bonuses don't exist, and raises are a standard 2-3% so don't expect to make a lot more any time soon; management isn't transparent; internal young professionals group - lots of great ideas but nothing seems to gets through to upper management to actually get anything changed; very old fashioned management structure; clients come first
