Stanley truly cares about its employees, with some of the best benefits compared to many other companies where I have worked. Leaders care about their teams and work to create a positive and productive workplace.

"People First" leadership -- Truly!

Pros

Ethical to the core. Long history, over 100 years, of designing great project solutions worldwide! Offices all around the United States! Committed to the local communities where we work. A private company. Everyone who works here owns stock in the company; a bonus part of our compensation plan! Hybrid work - in the office a couple of days per week and 'work from home' a couple of days.

Cons

At times some changes can move slowly but it's mostly because senior leaders are trying to make sure everyone is well taken care of. I think it's worth the trade-off to stick with the "People First" commitments, though.
