Pros

The health benefits are very good and cheap. Very few difficult positions in the plant. It is very easy to obtain employment. They do direct hire events weekly.

Cons

High turnover rate. Management is very into buddy system. Team leaders and higher are often hired off the street rather than "in-house". Stanley has had many problems gaining Honda's trust in delivering quality parts recently. They have been put on a red card from Honda twice in the last 2 years which has cost them some business and could possibly cause layoffs in the future. There is very little communication between departments which leads to a somewhat stressful work environment.
