Pros

The company hires within. There are a lot of opportunities for lateral moves if you get bored with what you are doing.

Cons

There is an issue with other workers not caring enough to do a good job, which can drag down the vibe. The company tries to make it nice though.

They have a lot of great people working there, many with 20 or more years with the company. The company is very committed to serving the customer and making great products.

Cons

This is a very Japanese company which is run in a very antiquated Japanese style. They are committed to Lifetime employment for fulltime associates so they hire to many temporary"s. They are extremely slow to make strategic decisions and there is no clear direction for the future.
