Pros

Working at Stantec Los Angeles/Irvine office has been a great experience overall. Company has great professional culture and leadership. There are plenty of technical and non-technical resources. Projects have better-than-average profit margin and come from reputable clients. Work schedule and location can be very flexible. Company top leadership has been steering growth in an aggressive yet very sustainable way. This infused a lot of confidence for me to stay with the company long term.

Cons

Typical large corporate styled bureaucracy. IT department is constantly under stress and processing request can be lagging sometimes. Internal documentation sometimes get outdated due to large volume to keep up with. The full benefit package can lagging behind peers and smaller-sized companies.
