Ocassionally some other work than data entry

Cons

Maganers do a lot micromanaging, they raise question even for 15 mins of work. Managers do not have any sense of the work being done and take the credit of your work, but you will be blamed. Pay disparity is huge new joiners are paid 20-30% higher than current employees.
