Respects employee work life balance, open communication and dialog regarding company vision and projects, including regular (monthly) department meetings and quarterly town halls.

Cons

Career growth for mid to senior level is limited, with many reporting requirements, both corporately and to the project, the pay is not competitive for the amount of work a project engineer/manager would have to take on.

The offices have in general a relaxed environment and the company is generous in allowing hybrid work arrangements. The company is growing and winning more work so at least there is no shortage of projects to work on.

Cons

There are many small offices scattered around the country and the world, which gives you a small company feeling despite its actual size. Not a lot of collaboration or synergies found between different offices and lines of business. This also leads to less career opportunities in a company of this size.
