Pros

Hourly pay at his level, so if you work more hours (because it is needed) you definitely get paid for them. If you work hard and advocate for yourself, you do get promoted pretty quickly. I have excellent senior management, best manager I have ever had too.

Cons

Big company so hard to change things. Some rules in a big company are ridiculous.
