Pros
Good experience to learn how large corporate companies work, get to meet a variety of people with various backgrounds and skills, some opportunity to gain new technical skills, good benefits, nice offices, depending on your team the work-life balance can be great
Cons
Can be difficult to grow and get more training to advance positions, corporate culture isn't for everyone, poor management depending on what team you're on/sector you're in, stressful to work within tight time and budget constraints, can be suckered into working OT and outside of work hours way too often but difficult to turn down when it helps the team out because they're short on resources. Burn out.
