      Pros

      Great benefits. Generous vacation time. Friendly corporate culture. Nice offices with open space floor design. Marketing of the "stantec" brand was well done.

      Cons

      Highly lacking diversity in upper level management, basically run by all old white males. Pays way under market value. Lacking good IT equipment. The resources from one business center to another vastly differ to the point where it doesn't feel like one company.

      Pros

      Complex challenging projects with a multitude of employees collaborating across multiple offices to deliver a solution to the presented problem.

      Cons

      With most large group projects, it isn't always the most efficient system when you need something from another employee who is a state away.
