      Pros

      Never micromanaged, trusted with my responsibilities, lenient, casual attire, flexible hours, enjoyed travel, variety of projects

      Cons

      Don't feel I learned much, didn't feel needed/appreciated all of the time, large company with a lot of acquisitions and "business centers" so felt unorganized as a whole, employees were closed off, horrible morale in office

      RSP matching Dollars for doers program

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average. Sick day policy is minimal (especially difficult if you have children in daycare or sick parents to attend to). Their focus is on acquring new companies with little focus on how they operate together. Company values such as putting employees first is a marketing catch phrase that they sell to you. Too much middle to upper management with little value. They handle their layoffs poorly.
