      Amazing company to work for! Company may be global but you are treated like family.

      There is no downside. I have worked here for 3 years and have never had a problem or concern.

      Pros

      Very kind and supportive team. We would go out to lunches and have potlucks and chit chat and have fun while still getting work done

      Cons

      No benefits and underpaid. I did have flexible lunch hours and what not. I felt like some of the work I was doing was fairly pointless at times.

      Good company to work with. Has a good benefits package. Participates in work share between departments. Flexible hours. Good amount of paid time off.

      Cons

      Project Managers can be scarce a lot it seems. Advancement through the company is pretty much key to yourself, solely. Unless you have a degree, you better enjoy your position you come into the company in.
