      Pros

      Good benefits Relaxed atmosphere Hybrid or fully remote working Sit around for months out of the year with no work and still get a paycheck

      Cons

      Management doesn’t have a clue what’s really going on. Lack of work. You only get work if you have been there awhile and know people. Silos everywhere - one group doesn’t communicate with others. New employees are basically left out to dry when it comes to company standards.

      * Interesting and Diverse Projects. * Direct supervisors are supportive, empathetic, and make sure employees get what they need to succeed. * The team is very friendly and encourages growth. * Work/life balance is maintained with the exception of urgent and critical projects.

      * Yearly raises need improvement. * Upper management, in general, seem detached from employees growth goals.
