      Pros

      A wealth of in-house expertise due to the large size of the organization and the diversity of projects. Lots of opportunity for learning and career growth.

      Cons

      With being such a large organization that has grown by acquisition, good consistency between regions is often lacking.

      I've worked here for a few years now and have very minimal complaints. My experience has been great. Coworkers work hard and are friendly, my boss is so personable and truly makes time for everyone in our BC to ensure they're getting the most out of their career. Pay is very reasonable with 6-8% raises every year now for 3 years. Projects are interesting. Vacation is a standard 3 weeks a year but it's not unheard of for people to bank overtime and take off 5-6 weeks off to go to Europe. Hours are flexible with no one micro managing you. It's truly a great place to work with amazing people.

      Cons

      Because the company is segregated into individual "Business Centres" your experience can be very different than someone in another BC. I do wish there was more collaboration between BC's. It often feels like you're a sub on someone else's project instead of coworkers
