      Very good work enviroment and installations

      Cons

      Projects Managers are undervalued. They aren't able to properly do their job mainly with clients. Also they are imposed with workers (drafters or engineers) that are not qualified, and required project development resources are not provided to the project managers

      pay is not good, and no project=lay off, not like utilites where you can stay

      Pros

      Nice location. Close to many stores and restaurants. Free coffee. Able to keep First Aid and CPR up to date at cost to company.

      Cons

      No leaders, only bosses. Very hostile and stressful work environment. Morale very low. Nothing but junior staff with no opportunity for training which makes it near impossible to pick up projects it once did to carry a staff. People who are responsible for training staff are sick and tired of putting any effort forward because; "they all leave anyway. Why should I waste my time?" Finger always pointed at people designated to do the work who are unclear of budgets and scope of work. During group meetings where the opportunity to motivate and inspire groups, meaningless numbers only shareholders would appreciate are used to waste everyone's time.
