      Pros

      Good office hardware. fast computer, big desk. If you have connection with the right people, you can talk all day with your co-workers without doing anything and still get a raise at the end of the year.

      Cons

      horrible environment for hard-working but quiet people, especially if you are a women. No work life balance at all. Management fires employees to cover their own mistakes. They lay off people when the team actually needs more help.

      Great company to work for, solid corporate profile, resources and systems in place. People are friendly to work with - all the practitioners and operations staff

      Cons

      Hierarchical in nature, so sometimes that produces competitive streak in employees, but that can be seen as a good or bad thing.
