Pros
- Chill atmosphere compared to a Jacobs or other corporate firm - Staff can be very helpful and teach you what you need to execute projects - Many branches around the country - Support for some extracurricular professional development - Relatively stable job security
Cons
- Management Staff is chill but often ineffective - Poor marketing in some branches results in less work and smaller budgets - Middling to sub par pay vs the industry standard - Little effort to keep/retain existing staff (pathetic honestly)
