      Good working atmosphere, people very knowledgeable in their work, very willing to help, variety of projects.

      Great place to learn the ropes for Env Permitting

      Pros

      In the Env Permitting field, there are fantastic mentors and you'll work directly with sr staff across multiple disciplines. Their quality control sr review process is a bit process heavy, but wow is it ever effective and an amazing learning opportunity for up-and-comers. Safety is a priority and it is truly reflected in the day to day work they do.

      Cons

      Poor succession planning, low employee recognition which makes it hard for them to retain good intermediate level staff, and Ontario bonuses are negatively affected by low revenue years in Alberta. However when Alberta has a good year, the policy is not to share it across regions. Hypocrisy can be infuriating.
