      Pros

      Generally great clients and employees. Strong technical reputation around the world, focused on wet infrastructure. Other than that, hard to overlook the last 3 years.

      Cons

      Power struggles, poor performance, toxic behavior and no decision making turned a once great company into just another vanilla acquisition target.

      Great projects on paper, lots of experience and great for CV.

      Cons

      Human resources is not filtering the candidates well enough. Best people are leaving fast and they are not being replaced with people good enough.
