      Pros

      A good company, with good people that care about their employees. Pretty flexible with working hours with a good atmosphere in the office. Good support for graduates with an emphasis on chartership

      Cons

      The work available could be quite dull from my experience and some members of management could do with being more personable when communicating to grads.

      Able to build career path in many ways. Employees have ability to choose own career path. Company is willing to invest on employees.

      Cons

      Recognition is not well established. Employees need to express themselves. Employee Benefit is cutting off too much. Communication method between employees is not well developed.
