      Environment allowing staff at many levels to take risks. Some reward associated, though more intrinsic than extrinsic.

      Cons

      Little oversight and quality control. Flat - democratic organization generally a good thing, but here it has been taken too far with little enforcement of focused strategic vision from the top.

      Flexible schedule, benefits pretty good, 401 k match, multiple locations for work, opportunites to travel between locations as needed or to transfer

      Cons

      lack of encouragement by local staff, corporate lack of interest in personnel, promotion of "work sharing" pushed by corporate, but not practiced at local level
