      Pros

      Great people and relaxed working environment. Lots of room to grow. Wonderful support staff and realistic expectations from employees. Would definitely go back.

      Cons

      There are is a lot of employee movement - i.e. people leaving and new hires. So many projects and people that you can get lost in the process.

      Pros

      The "one team" allows easy access to the various disciplines on each job. Seeing your team face to face on a daily basis allows more meaningful relationships to develop. Large consulting company exposes employees to a variety of industries.

      Cons

      Fast pace of acquisition means integration of firms can be haphazard. Policies and standards of the parent company not necessarily understood or followed.
