      Pros

      Large company. Large social network within the company. Large contracts result in greater job security. Opportunities for networking within your chosen field/ industry.

      Cons

      Office politics abound. Large companies move slowly, hindered by policy. Employees can be under-utilized and seated next to someone who is over-burdened, but unable to share the work because of 'resource allocation'. It's easy to get lost in the paperwork and feel like a number. ie; waiting months for business cards/ benefits documents, only to find out they're mis-spelled and you must begin the process again.

      Only really care about profit, instead of employees Can be terrible experience No respect for anyone that isnt an engineer
