      If you have clients, pay can be okay.

      Low morale, high utilization that changes often and without notice, tons of paperwork. No career movement at all.

      Worked with some very smart people.

      Cons

      Co. talks about sustainability and "working with community in mind" but grovels to big oil, gas, and pipeline companies and takes projects that run over local communities. "Management" is not - lots of number counting but no sense of direction or focus on actually directing/guiding/developing staff. No clear messaging from superiors and never sure if they are being truthful. Very top heavy with lots of non-working, high-paid people sucking off project managers and techs.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, not the best for a company 22,000 and growing.

      Cons

      Benefits are decent but to get a fair price on medical insurance you have to participate in their vitality program. They don't trust their employees as a whole. Salaries or ok but increases are practically non existent even with good reviews. Lots of work/no reward.
