      Pros

      A company that has the ability to do just about anything, get a few extra holidays vs the average company, nice stock purchase match plan.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay, make a lot of decisions based on stockholders and not employees, feel like a number at times, safety moments every meeting begins to be repetitive, wellness plan for lower health premiums changes all the time, difficult at times to work with other offices. With being publicly traded, nearly every dicision is made with stockholders in mind.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, pay is above average, small to medium sized projects allow for variety, career paths are laid out fairly well, supports continuing education and research opportunities, ability to transfer between offices, community volunteer days.

      Cons

      Company is growing very fast, probably too fast, leading to decisions that favor investors over employees, lots of middle management, sharing work between offices can get fierce.

      Pros

      Big Company. Bennies are nice. People are fantastic.

      Cons

      Easy to get lost. Feels like a huge company. Stantec "safety moments" before every meeting. Super impersonal and feels like everything is done for the sake of lawyers and for legal/profit building reasons.
