      At the beginning I had more decision-making authority, and I also had a good work-life balance, by the time I left, that had disappeared.

      I worked for many years as a Project Manager at Stn; however, in recent years the bureaucracy and paperwork have become the order of the day, even as a PM, you cannot develop your skills and talents without having to go through 1000 filters and more and more meaningless forms and plans that you will never use in your projects. I started to feel like just another administrator who fills out paperwork working 60 or 70 hr/week instead to be a PM who adds value to the company. And it seems that they have no future plans to be more competitive and change...
