A workplace that offers inherent flexibility, manageable oversight, and the freedom to explore your curiosity. Engaging, unique projects and colleagues who truly make an impact.

Cons

Large company with many org structures (operating unit, office, role, etc.) with legacy cliques that tend to align with past acquisitions. Everyday processes could be more streamlined and efficient through automation, but functionality, progress, and problem solving take higher priority, performance wise.
