      Really good people working at Stantec, A lot of understanding and willingness to be flexible with working hours and arrangements. Good office facilities

      Systems and processes are very inflexible; driven out of North America and no willingness to adapt to the needs of the workforce

      Some interesting projects and pockets of good people to work with.

      Cons

      Horrible work culture and work/ life balance. Pay is lower than other similar firms. HR and management dont treat staff like human beings. Management is fractured and staff get caught in the middle of upper management drama. Poor communication from all levels of management. Hard workers and motived staff are taken advantage of until they get burned out and quit or get hurt on the job.
