      Pros

      It has very solid and effective policies regarding the care and safety of its employees, the work environment (specifically speaking of the environmental area) is very pleasant. There are always projects that can be supported, so it is very rare that you remain inactive for long periods of time.

      Cons

      All types of bureaucratic processes (contracting, permits, etc.) take a little time, but I think they are in a very normal range compared to other companies of the same type.

      Flexibility and networking is good.

      Cons

      Experience isn't that broad and progression is based off time there rather than individual contribution i.e grads have to be there 2 years before being allowed to apply for next level up even if they are proving they are working at the next level.
