Pros

- People are amazing - super friendly and always ready to help - Supportive manager, employee recognition at Stantec is practiced often, which is really great - Exciting projects, keep me engaged - flexible working arrangements, I WFH most of the days but can go to the office when needed

Cons

It’s a large corporation, so it takes a bit of time to get ramped up, understand the org chart, and know who to go to when needed. Other than that, no cons for me.

Pros

- The company offers decent benefits, with a good work-life balance. - There's plenty to learn in the beginning, with strong support for building foundational skills.

Cons

- Growth opportunities taper off after the initial phase, and work quickly becomes repetitive. - The experience largely depends on your manager and team. Unfortunately, in my case, I didn’t feel valued or recognized for my contributions. - The DPG program seems more like an excuse to take advantage of eager employees rather than a genuine growth opportunity.
