Cons
If you are an ambitious young professional and have aspirations and career goals stay away from this company. There is literally no path for you here, leadership does not care about you and will make excuses as to why you aren't ready for any meaningful advancement year over year. HR, your supervisors now constantly just play defense for leadership. Wages are low, benefits are mediocre, opportunities are non existent. Leadership claim the moral high ground, claim to be the best place for people while just passing around opportunities to their inner circles so they can get higher benefits, bonuses and advance their own status at the backs of everyone under them. So all and all if you care about your career just do yourself a favor and stay away.
