Interesting national projects, global collaboration, & desirable office location.

Cons

Turnover is usual, no bonuses, pay is at bottom of market value until associate or upper management. Upper management bonuses about a weeks pay.

Pros

Generous vacation days and okay salary. You get a year/bi-yearly equipment allowance for things like pants, boots and other stuff. Company cell phone so you can disconnect from work. Many environmental crew members are similar ages so allows for fun crews.

Cons

Offices feel disconnected and many in management are either wildly incompetent or not understanding to team issues and brush aside concerns. Safety culture is overkill at times where they want you to report things as small as sunburns. Variety in clientele is only good on paper but vast majority of work is pesticide application.
