Poor leadership with no clear direction or accountability. Leadership itself was the source of much of the drama and fostered a toxic environment. Leaders were closed off to feedback and became defensive/retaliatory when concerns were raised. The leadership consistently overpromised and underdelivered on project work, growth opportunities, and career development. There is a major lack of business development with little to no meaningful work. Overall, there was no real opportunity for advancement and morale was low.
