      Good work environment, nice coworkers, overtime pay, mileage reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth for engineers and pay is low for engineers.

      Overall I'm satisfied. I feel I'm valued and contribute positively to the company.

      Cons

      Not much. There are lot of processes that need to be followed but it is for the overall benefit of the organization. Only con is there needs to be a change that will allow Australia to participate in employee stock purchase plans.
