Wearing one too many hats without one real purpose will leave you burnt out and exhausted. Your performance will not mater at the end, because if their financial projections are not looking good, they'll draw a hat and give you the boot without even batting an eye. And don't expect a good lay off package. If you do decide to work here, I suggest you start saving up immediately.
