      Pros

      Stantec is global, with opportunities to advance your career in ways a smaller firm just simply can’t offer. Even with its size each business center operates like a small business so you don’t feel just like another number in the organization.

      Cons

      Because we do some very large projects, there are the obvious layoffs that can accompany the completion of these projects even with great BD people trying to ensure there’s enough backlog to fill those gaps. Regardless they do a good job at limiting these kinds of events.
