Pros

The people are generally good overall

Cons

Senior leadership is horrible. Benefits are abysmal and out of touch with the market. Wooden and rigid process. Very bureaucratic.

Pros

The types of projects they get are large a very interesting which is good if you want to be exposed to that but also bad if you get annoyed by others hiding the hours they charge to it and ruining hours for you later in the project.

Cons

Higher ups (at least the at legacy MHW offices from my experience) pick favorites and it's very clear. They treat very few well and give them all the praise and then treat the majority of people poorly never giving them the time of day. They only invest in developing the people they like, there is no set policy for development. You have to go ask your manager and they'll question you every step of the way. Most higher up dont understand the generational shift in work-life balance and will try and guilt you into staying up all night to get stuff done consistently. The senior management also talks about how much money they have but continue to pay under the industry average, honestly you could get more working at a comfortable government job.

Pros

Mentorship, remote work, strong response to COVID 19 pandemic, flexible, willing to train, opportunities for travel and relocation, opportunities for cross training, employee resource groups, diversity committee, new maternity/paternity leave program, reproductive benefits

Cons

Medical benefits are expensive, benefits discounts locked behind a "health" program, prescription benefits are restrictive and difficult, maternity/paternity leave is <1 year, not union friendly, starting pay is low for the industry, bonuses are infrequent, raises are based on chargeability, chargeability requirements are very high
