I have worked for the firm for nearly five years. New leadership has now taken the appropriate steps to promote personal growth and advancement opportunities. The office environment has largely shed its large corporate feel and has embraced its organic spirit. Working for a large firm has allowed our office to showcase our strengths and learn from an array of different sectors and other talented professionals.

Very friendly environment, I was lucky to be hire by the company for the third time. I probably been in almost all architectural offices in Miami and I always return to Stantec. So far is been the one that care more about it's employees than other ones. very grateful to be with my friends again.
