Not a healthy management culture. People are treated like dollar signs, no strong company culture or positive management practices. Everything is billable hours. Senior Management will target new hires for fresh ideas.

Not a lot of team-player-minded employees at this company. This prevents a culture of sharing knowledge. Everyone is holding on to their area of expertise and creating a prestige for themselves. Sometimes they can accept projects that are less than ideal to a morally conscientious employee.
