      Pros

      Great Vacation Package. Helpful human resource. Good 401k.

      Cons

      Bad organizational structure in some departments and hence no loyalty from employees. Very quick employee turnaround in some departments.

      Pro's are if they decide to keep you then you can enjoy the corporate life for awhile.

      Cons

      If they decide to keep you then you hold your breathe each quarter then their profit is not enough for the shareholders so someone has to go.

      Great people, good projects, opportunities at major cities. There is a great office culture at some office locations. Compensation package is comparable to other mid-to large AE firms.

      Cons

      This company is expanding their operations thru un-controlled acquisitions. The integration process is a nightmare. A lot of unnecessary corporate procedures, training and forms need to be filled.
