      The individuals within the teams have all the tools to do a great job.....if only they were allowed to.

      Cons

      Stantec lacks a positive work environment, with low morale across teams. There is a pervasive culture of drift, projects and priorities often feel directionless, and the "really high" levels of leadership rarely provides clear/any guidance. Entrepreneurial spirit is stifled by an excessive level of bureaucracy, making it difficult to innovate or take initiative. Overall, the organisation feels rigid and slow-moving, with little room for proactive, creative work.
