Not the highest salaries or time off

-Inconsistent work available for inspectors -No career advancement is available what so ever for inspectors -Only an engineering degree is valued here -Annual raises are standard, but like most companies, you must work extra hard to get a raise that barely keeps up with inflation if youre lucky -Weekend work is common as an inspector -Youre expected to work weekends unless you can find coverage yourself -Long hours (you work 100% of the time the contractor is on site) -No room for advancement with out engineering degree. Other degrees seem to be viewed as useless in the eyes of corporate.
