Great lower level staff and forums.

Cons

Beaurocratic organization all the way even in the C-suite. Dirty Politics is the name of the game for leaders. Superficial feel good values, but no one cares about them enough to apply or speak up. Outdated toxic leadership focused only on profits and completely disconnected from purpose and frontline employees.

Pros

Generous vacation days and okay salary. You get a year/bi-yearly equipment allowance for things like pants, boots and other stuff. Company cell phone so you can disconnect from work. Many environmental crew members are similar ages so allows for fun crews.

Cons

Offices feel disconnected and many in management are either wildly incompetent or not understanding to team issues and brush aside concerns. Safety culture is overkill at times where they want you to report things as small as sunburns. Variety in clientele is only good on paper but vast majority of work is pesticide application.

Management is horrible & disorganized . No one really works as a team. Most people will be negative about everything. High turnover rate . You can’t be creative on projects .
