"Open door policy" is a buzzphase, not reality Cutthroat attitude, employees urged to hoard work Majority of staff from entry level - middle range are looking for work elsewhere

Pros

There are great people who are talented and innovative in their client work who are a lot of fun to work with.

Cons

Management is more focussed on their next promotion than leading their teams. The CDPR career development program is useless—being proactive and achieving your goals will have zero impact on your opportunities for raises or promotions. The company hemorages money flying people around for internal meetings but cuts health benefits. Because ‘We do what is right.’ Salaries are frozen but they are redecorating a whole floor with new office furniture. (Was that part of ‘We put people first’?)
